HEIDI HAGEMAN
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
As a former member of the media, Heidi’s background includes experience in writing, reporting and as a producer at award-winning news organizations such as National Public Radio and KUSI-TV. Heidi launched H2 Public Relations nearly 15 years ago in Southern California. Her boutique firm quickly garnered a reputation as a leading lifestyle and hospitality firm that’s best known for producing quick and efficient results and quality-driven placements. She then went on to open a second branch of her company with an office in Chicago in 2011, exclusively focusing on the city’s progressive dining, restaurant and cocktail scene.
She has co-produced segments with top professionals in the business on shows such as Good Morning America, The Today Show, Access Hollywood, E! News Daily, The View, Extra, The Discovery Channel, KTLA, CNBC’s The Big Idea With Donny Deutsch. She has secured multi-page features in high-profile publications including Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, USA Today, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, Saveur, PEOPLE Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, C Magazine, OK! Heidi has also served as a “Style Guru” reporter for NBC 7/39’s “What’s Hot” series dishing up the latest trends in the emerging social and fashion scenes in the city and was selected for the “It List” in Michigan Avenue magazine in 2011.
CARISSA ROSENTHAL

With more than a decade of professional experience in public relations, Carissa has built a reputation as a creative strategist with proven track record for bringing a client’s story to life.
Her approach to public relations and marketing includes a healthy dose of strategic analysis, experienced-based intuition, and good ole’ fashioned hustle.
A San Diego native, she’s developed strong relationships with regional and national reporters, as well as city leaders and community organizations—enabling her to exercise keen judgement and understand the greater community and social context to her clients’ campaigns.
As Vice President, she spearheads brand development and operations while leading media relations and strategy for an exclusive roster of hospitality professionals and real estate developers within California.
Outside of work, Carissa juggles her time as a mom of two young boys while enjoying hobbies related to fitness, food and travel.
